Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 7 days notice, with a full refund available. 

Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days notice but more than 48 hours notice, will receive a Willow Spa gift voucher for the full value. A refund will not be available. 

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will receive a Willow Spa gift voucher for 50% of the value. A refund will not be available.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
